Cancellations must be submitted 5 days prior to Move Date or Pick-up Date in writing via fax or mail.  

Absolutely no refunds on deposits or reservations payments or charges

5 days or less to Move Date Or Pick-Up Date. 

If cancelled 5 days prior or more to move date or pick-up, deposit will be

refunded less $250.00 cancellation fee. 

Note that at the time of booking, trucks and staff with a carrier is placed on

schedule for your move and routes are planed.  This policy is to compensate

carriers for losses due to cancellations.
